How long does it take to receive my order?
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment has been confirmed. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.

Will I receive confirmation after placing an order?
Yes. A confirmation email will be sent within 24 hours for regular delivery orders. Once your package has been dispatched, you will receive a second email containing your shipping details and tracking number.
How can I track my order?
After your order has been shipped, we will send you a tracking number along with a link to the courier’s website so you can monitor the delivery status.
