1. Return Eligibility

Returns or exchanges are accepted if:

  • The product received has a manufacturing defect or was damaged during shipping
  • The product received does not match the order
  • Return requests are submitted within 24 hours after the product is received

2. Return Requirements

Products submitted for return must:

  • Be unused
  • Be in original packaging
  • Be accompanied by valid proof of purchase

Products that have been used, damaged due to misuse, or do not meet the above requirements are not eligible for return or exchange.

3. Return Process

To request a return, please:

  • Provide proof of purchase (invoice) and photo/video documentation of the product
  • Wait for verification from our team before proceeding with the return
  • To ensure a smooth return process, all items must be carefully and securely repackaged before being sent back to us. We kindly request that sufficient protective materials (such as bubble wrap and a proper outer box) be used to prevent any damage during transit.
  • Items damaged due to insufficient or improper packaging are not eligible for return.

Returns sent without prior confirmation will not be processed.

4. Shipping Costs

If the return is due to an error on the part of Chako Lab, shipping costs will be covered by Chako Lab.
If the return is made for reasons outside the stated eligibility, shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.

5. Refunds & Exchanges

  • Refunds will be processed after the product has been received and inspected by the Chako Lab team
  • Refund processing time depends on the payment method used
  • Product exchanges are subject to stock availability

6. Non-Returnable Items

  • Returns are not applicable for:
  • Products that have been used
  • Products damaged due to customer negligence
  • Promotional, discounted, or clearance items (unless there is a manufacturing defect)
