These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases on chakolab.id. The website is owned and operated by PT Bababoo Home Indonesia ("Chako Lab", "we", "us"). By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Orders

• Your order is confirmed only after full payment is received. You will get a confirmation email once payment is successful.
• You can cancel your order for a full refund as long as it has not been shipped. Once shipped, the order can no longer be cancelled.
• We may cancel an order if a product is out of stock, the price was shown incorrectly, or we suspect fraud. If this happens, we will refund you in full.

2. Payment

• All payments are processed securely through Xendit, our payment partner.
• All prices are in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and include tax.
• We do not accept manual bank transfers. Our only company account name is PT Bababoo Home Indonesia.
• Security alert: our team will NEVER call you or ask you to transfer money to a personal account.

3. Shipping

• Shipping cost and estimated delivery time are shown at checkout before you pay.
• Instant Delivery is available in Jakarta when stock is ready. Orders after 15:00 WIB, on weekends or public holidays ship the next business day.
• Delivery times are estimates from our courier partners. If your package is late or lost, contact us and we will help you file a claim with the courier and keep you updated until it is resolved.
• Please record an unboxing video when your package arrives. We need it for any claim.

4. Promotions & Vouchers

• Vouchers and promo codes cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be combined unless stated.
• Each promotion has its own period and terms. If there is a conflict, the promotion terms apply.

5. Returns (2×24 Hours)

You can request a return or exchange within 2×24 hours after your package is delivered if:

• the product was damaged during shipping,
• you received the wrong item, color or size, or
• the product has a visible defect (scratch, dent, paint flaw) that is shown in your unboxing video.

The unboxing video must be uncut and show the package being opened for the first time. The product must be unused and in its original packaging. Full details: Return Policy.

Once your return is approved, we will send you a new unit. If the item is out of stock, we will refund you in full to your original payment method.

Free gifts and freebies cannot be returned or exchanged. Items bought as a bundle must be returned as a complete set.

6. Warranty (1 Year)

Not covered:

• Damage from drops, impact, misuse, dishwasher, microwave or freezer use
• Normal wear: scratches, fading, worn paint after use
• Metal or new-product smell (see our care tips to remove it)
• Small changes in how long drinks stay hot or cold. Results depend on starting temperature, amount of ice and room temperature.

The warranty applies to Chako Lab products bought from any official channel: chakolab.id, our official Shopee and TikTok Shop stores, Chako Lab stores, and official retail partners. Keep your proof of purchase. Full details: Warranty.

How to claim your warranty

1. Chat with us on WhatsApp (0853-5353-2021) with your proof of purchase and a photo or video of the issue.
2. Our team will check your claim and confirm if it is covered.
3. Send the product to our address. Shipping to us is paid by you.
4. After inspection, we send the replacement to you. Shipping back to you is paid by Chako Lab.

7. Spare Parts

Lids, straws, seals and straps are available as spare parts. Ask us on WhatsApp for availability and price.

8. Engraving & Personalized Items

• Please check your text, font and spelling before you pay. We engrave exactly what you submit.
• Engraved or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged, except for a manufacturing defect.
• Engraved orders need extra processing time. The estimate is shown on the product page before you pay.

9. Product Use & Care

Please follow the care guide included with your product. Damage caused by not following the guide is not covered by warranty.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including photos, videos, logos and text, belongs to Chako Lab or its partners. Please do not copy or use it without written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

Our responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that product.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page when you place your order is the one that applies.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you experience any issues related to your order or Chako Lab services, please review the following return policy:

1. Return Eligibility

Returns or exchanges are accepted within 2×24 hours after your package is delivered if:

• The product was damaged during shipping
• You received the wrong item, color or size
• The product has a visible defect (scratch, dent, paint flaw) that is shown in your unboxing video

2. Return Requirements

Products submitted for return must:

• Have an uncut unboxing video showing the package being opened for the first time
• Be unused
• Be in original packaging
• Be accompanied by valid proof of purchase

Products that have been used, damaged due to misuse, or do not meet the above requirements are not eligible for return or exchange.

3. Return Process

To request a return, please:

• Contact the Chako Lab team via official WhatsApp at 0853-5353-2021
• Provide proof of purchase (invoice) and photo/video documentation of the product
• Wait for verification from our team before proceeding with the return
• To ensure a smooth return process, all items must be carefully and securely repackaged before being sent back to us. We kindly request that sufficient protective materials (such as bubble wrap and a proper outer box) be used to prevent any damage during transit.
• Items damaged due to insufficient or improper packaging are not eligible for return.

Returns sent without prior confirmation will not be processed.

4. Shipping Costs

If the return is due to an error on the part of Chako Lab, shipping costs will be covered by Chako Lab.
If the return is made for reasons outside the stated eligibility, shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.

5. Exchanges & Refunds

• Once your return is approved, we will send you a new unit
• If the item is out of stock, we will refund you in full to your original payment method
• Refunds are processed after the product has been received and inspected by the Chako Lab team. Processing time depends on the payment method used

6. Non-Returnable Items

Returns are not applicable for:

• Products that have been used
• Products damaged due to customer negligence
• Free gifts and freebies
• Engraved or personalized items (unless there is a manufacturing defect)
• Promotional, discounted, or clearance items (unless there is a manufacturing defect)

Items bought as a bundle must be returned as a complete set.

7. Policy Changes

Chako Lab reserves the right to modify this return policy at any time without prior notice.
The applicable policy is the one published on the website at the time the return request is submitted.
